Josh was my Godson and shared my name.  From the time he could talk I was always “Uncle Lee”.  His voice rings in my ears. 

Through the years we were separated by a continent but with scattered visits and vacations and the magic of the internet we watched him grow. 

Josh was not a gifted student but that brought out his qualities of ambition, determination, and dogged perseverance.  The hours he spent at the kitchen counter working homework assignments and exam prep would have overwhelmed a lesser person. 

As Josh marched thru his Elementary years, High School, and on to College taking time along the way to earn the rank of Eagle Scout, he was quiet about his accomplishments.  He made everyone proud of him, especially his parents Kim and Rick and his sister Tiffany. 

..And some of us a bit envious…Josh always seemed to be surrounded by good looking women!
